Проект По програма HORIZON 2020 Food Security, Sustainable Agriculture and Forestry, Marine, Maritime and Inland Water Research and the Bioeconomy, се разработва проект PROVIding smart DElivery of public goods by EU agriculture and forestry” (PROVIDE)

Общата цел на проекта е да се осигури концептуална основа, доказателства, инструменти, стимули и варианти на политически възможности за подкрепа на интелигентно предоставяне на обществени блага от селското стопанство и горските екосистеми на Европейския съюз. Ще бъдат анализирани широк кръг от публични блага и законодателни документи и в резултат ще бъде създадена мултисекторна рамка, работеща на ниво Европейски съюз и същевременно на национално ниво в 13-те страни членки на ЕС.

Практическите резултати от проекта ще бъдат: обновена концептуализация на понятието за обществени блага; оперативна рамка за подпомагане на интелигентно предоставянето на обществени блага; инструментариум от средства за оценяване и изчисляване; селекция от политически / секторни механизми; консолидирана и дълготрайна връзка между знания и практика.

Проектът се осъществява от 14 партньори от 13 страни – членки на ЕС.

Проектът е стартирал на 01.09.2015 г. и е с продължителност 3 години.

 

Project within Program HORIZON 2020 Food Security, Sustainable Agriculture and Forestry, Marine, Maritime and Inland Water Research and the Bioeconomy, “PROVIding smart DElivery of public goods by EU agriculture and forestry” (PROVIDE)

The objective of the PROVIDE project is to develop a conceptual basis, evidence, tools and improved incentive and policy options to support the “smart” provision of public goods by the EU agriculture and forestry ecosystems. PROVIDE will consider a wide range of public goods and legislations, and will address the issue in a multi-scale framework, working both at the EU level and at case study level in thirteen Countries of the EU.  The practical results of the project will be: a renewed (“un-packed”) conceptualization of the notion of public goods; an operational framework to support the smart provision of public goods; a toolbox putting together an inventory of options, operational means for valuation and evaluation, and a selection of policy/sector mechanisms; a consolidated and long-lasting community of knowledge and practice.

The project PROVIDE will mobilise 14 partners from 13 different countries in the EU.

Project duration: 3 years from 01.09.2015.
